Payment Details The winning bid will be voted on by the Earl Township Board of Supervisors. Upon notification of the award, payment in full by the successful bidder must be received by the Earl Township within ten (10) business days or the bid will be forfeited, and the next highest bidder may be offered the bid award. Payment must be in the form of a certified check, made payable to Earl Township. Payment shall be delivered to the following address: Earl Township, 517 North Railroad Avenue New Holland, PA 17557. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or adjustments will be made after the close of the auction.
