This unit is sold "as-is" with no warranty expressed or implied. The Borough of Conway expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The entire risk as to the quality of an performance of the items of property is with the bidder. It is strongly recommended that bidders inspect the unit prior to bidding. In no case will failure to inspect the unit constitute grounds for the withdrawal of a bid. Successful bidders are responsible for all fees associated with the title transfer and licensing, if required. Bidders attending during exhibition, inspection, sale or removal of items assume all risks of injury, damage or loss to person and/or property and specifically release the Borough from liability therefrom. Shipping may be considered with prior approval from the Conway Borough Council and at the bidders expense. The Conway Borough Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Successful bidders are responsible for all fees associated with the title, transfer and licensing and removal of items.
Winning bidder will be notified within three (3) business days of the award of the bid by the Conway Borough Council at its regular scheduled meeting of March 15, 2023.
