We can accept cash, money order, or certified/cashier's check at time of pickup or we will accept personal check if it is received and cleared before pickup. Money orders and Checks should be made out to City of Hemphill.

Originally owned by the Texas Deptartment of Transportation. Purchased by the CIty of Hemphill in 1999. Engine, hydraulic, and control systems are in good working condition. Control panel, gages, and cab interior are in poor condition.
