Payment must be in the form of cash or certified check made payable to the Town of Westhampton. Personal checks will not be accepted. Upon notification of award, payment in full by the successful bidder must be received by the Town of Westhampton within ten (10) business days or the bid will be forfeited and the next highest bidder may be offered the bid award. Payment shall be delivered to the following address: Town of Westhampton, 1 South Road, Westhampton, MA 01027.

The successful bidder shall make arrangements one day in advance to have the item picked up within ten (10) business days after award notification unless alternate arrangements are approved by the Town.
