1979 International Pumper Truck, all wheel drive. Truck taken out of service due to age and condition. Engine does run but truck has no brakes. Truck cannot be used in the fire service as it was replaced through a federal grant. Bill of Sale will state use restriction. No further pictures or information is offered.
