This CRJ 700 has been deemed no tangible value other than that of scrap. Upon execution of this auction, the Buyer accepts all risk, responsibilities, liabilities and encumbrances associated with the future of this fuselage.  The Buyer will also be responsible for moving the listed fuselage from the Baton Rouge Metro Airport within sixty (60) days after auction.

The Hull, Wings, and Tail section have been stored in accordance with acceptable industry standards and approved disposal will be complied with in accordance with all applicable governmental and environmental guidelines and regulations in effect at the time of this agreement.

It is further understood and agreed that the aircraft fuselage is for the sole purpose of scrapping and the Buyer will derive no commercial or other value from the hull or any removed material other than that of scrap revenue and Buyer will not utilize the aircraft or any removed part or component for any commercial purpose or installation on another aircraft whatsoever.

November 5, 2015 9:00am until 3:00pm (Central Time)

Anyone wanting to view the item should report to the 3 floor of the airport in the Administration Department and will be escorted to the site.  All visitors must have a valid driver’s license with them at the time for viewing.

Pick-Up Days

The Buyer will be responsible for moving the listed fuselage from the Baton Rouge Metro Airport within sixty (60) days after auction closes.
