Persons wishing to inspect the equipment should contact the Logan Township Highway Department at (814) 949-3355, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 p.m.  The Township makes no warranty concerning the merchantability, condition, durability, age, model year, mileage or fitness of the used equipment for any purpose whatsoever.   All items sold AS-IS.

Bids will be accepted from 8:30 a.m. Tuesday June 6, 2023 until Wednesday June 21, 2023 at 3:30 p.m.  The successful bid will be awarded at the Logan Township Board of Supervisors meeting, Thursday June 22, 2023 at 6:00 PM. Payment from the successful bidder must be received by Logan Township within five (5) days of the awarding of the bid. Payment must be made by cash or cashier's check.  The successful bidder must pick up the equipment at the Logan Township Municipal Building building within fifteen (15) days of the bid award.

The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason, to waive any informalities or bidding irregularities and to sell the used equipment as may be deemed by the Township to be in its best interests.
