The low bidder will be required to complete the attached Surplus Equipment Bid Form.
Payment is due prior to taking possession of the item.
The successful bidder shall be responsible for taking possession of the item at Monomoy Regional High School by 2PM on August 7th, 2023.
Property may be removed by appointment only and appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. The Buyer will make all arrangements and perform all work necessary, including packing, loading and transportation of the property.
All equipment is used and being sold “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Some equipment may require repair. All sales are final. No returns will be accepted. No refunds will be made.
The surplus supplies will be awarded to the responsive bidder offering the highest price for the vehicle described in the invitation for bids. Monomoy Regional School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids as may be in the interests of the District. The District reserves the right to dispose of the vehicle through a negotiated sale, provided that the negotiated sale price is higher than the highest bid received from a responsive bidder.
