This is a van that was utilized for transport. The tires are in good shape, and the body appears ok. It does not start and will need to be towed. The following are the problems we are aware of:
1)LOOSE Right ball joints
2) Left ball joints Squeak
3) Radius arm bushings dry rotted
4) I beam bushings dry rotted
5) Leaf spring shackles and bracket paper thin
6)All 4 shocks worn
7)Left front body mount next to radiator rotted
8) Rot holes in the rear bumper
9) right rear quarter has a rot hole repaired
All radios and police equipment have been removed.

I am told it ran, but was unsafe to drive given the issues listed. Will need to be jumped.
