2007 Chevrolet - Silverado Truck along with Fisher plow

The Town of Wilbraham, Mass. invites bids for a 2007 Chevrolet - Silverado Truck along with a nine foot Fisher plow.  The actual mileage on the odemeter currently reads 70,801.  The vehicle currently runs and has some body issues and will be sold as is.  

Full payment must be made immediately following the sale by cash or money order payable to the Town of Wilbraham. Payment may not be made by credit cards or check.

All parties wishing to see the vehicle should contact Bryan Litz, Wilbraham Parks & Recreation Director, by email, blitz@wilbraham-ma.gov, to set up a day and time to view the vehicle. 

Misc:

• All bidders are strongly urged to inspect vehicle before submitting offer.
• Full payment must be made immediately following the sale by cash or money order payable to the Town of Wilbraham. Payment may not be made by check or credit cards.
• Vehicle must be removed within five business days of the sale.

The Town shall reserve the right to accept or reject all offers, and to sell any property to any person offering to pay more than the highest offer received as provided in M.G.L. c.30B, §15(d)(1). All property shall be sold on an “as is” basis, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Please keep in mind bidders may be required to pay sales tax based upon the book value of the vehicle when they register their vehicles.
