98-23 & 128-23: RESOLUTION OF THE TOWNSHIP OF MORRIS AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF JUNK TITLE ON AN ONLINE AUCTION WEBSITE WHEREAS, memo dated March & May 20, 2023, the Morris Township Police Department Traffic Officer reports that the junk titles in Schedule A indicated below should be offered up for sale through a public auction before salvaging; and WHEREAS, the Township of Morris has determined that the junk titles described on Schedule A indicated below and incorporated herein is not needed for public use; and WHEREAS, the Morris Township Police Department Traffic Bureau has followed all policy and procedure of said junk titles; and WHEREAS, the Township of Morris intends to utilize the online auction services of Municibid located at www.municibid.com; and WHEREAS, the sales are being conducted pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-36 and the guidance set forth in the Division of Local Government Services’ Local Finance Notice 2019-15,
