Persons wishing to inspect the equipment should contact the Township Highway Department at (814) 949-3355, Monday through Friday, 7:30 am – 3:30 pm. Service records are available upon request. The Township makes no warranty concerning the merchantability, condition, durability, age, model year, mileage or fitness of the used equipment for any purpose whatsoever.
Bids will be accepted from 8:30 a.m. Monday, August 28, 2023 until Tuesday September 12, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. The successful bid will be awarded at the Logan Township Board of Supervisors meeting, Thursday September 14, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. Payment from the successful bidder must be received by Logan Township within five (5) days of the awarding of the bid. Payment must be made by cash or cashiers check. The successful bidder must pick up the vehicle at the Logan Township Municipal Building Highway Garage building within fifteen days (15) days of the awarding of the bid.
The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason, to waive any informalities or bidding irregularities and to sell the used equipment as may be deemed by the Township to be in its best interests.
