The winning bidder needs proof that they are law enforcement or produce a dealer's license. If the winning bidder is neither, the bidder must give Tidioute Borough ample time to remove lighting and sirens.

The successful bidder shall make payment in full and accept the equipment within ten (10) working days following the bid award.
Only a certified check, cashier's check, or money order made payable to Tidioute Borough will be accepted.
