Hussey Interior Wooden Bleachers

There are 4 banks of  of wooden Hussey Bleachers.  2 of the units are 143.5" in length and 2 of the units are 191.5" in length.  When extended they are all 77" off the wall and 46" in height.  Buyer will be responsible for removal of bleachers from the building and any and all disassembly needed.   Bleachers will not meet current codes and safety standards and could be considered scrap.  Bleachers are to be disassembled and removed by buyer prior to October 10, 2023.  Care will be taken by the buyer to protect surrounding finishes including the wooden gym floor during removal. Arrangements for preview and access must be made through Nancy Haines Business Manager by email nhaines@nmrsd.org. No access will be granted without prior arrangements. Access for removal and pickup will be granted during evening and weekend hours only.  These bleachers are being sold as is without warranty.  Buyer must take all 4 banks of bleachers.  Buyer must complete a Certificate of Non-Collusion see PDF.
