The successful bidder shall make payment in full and take acceptance of equipment within ten (10) working days following the bid award. Only a certified check, cashier's check or money order made payable to Clearfield County will be accepted. Title and transfer are the responsibility of the buyer. Proof of transfer must be shown before taking ownership of the vehicle.
Equipment is offered for sale “AS IS WITH NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES” The successful bidder, upon making final payment and taking ownership, shall be responsible for removal and all cost incurred for removal of said equipment. In the event the successful bidder is unable to schedule removal of equipment at time of purchase special exceptions shall be agreed upon.
