All items are auctioned in "as-is" condition. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted. All sales are final. The successful bidder will be provided with a Bill of Sale. The Bill of Sale must be picked up before the auctioned item can be released. The Bill of Sale must be signed at the time of pick-up at the Essex County Office of Purchasing, 465 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Newark, New Jersey 07102. The vehicle must be picked up no later than five (5) business days from the date payment is received. Pick-up of the Bill of Sale and Title of the auctioned item is by appointment only.
