Take notice: that the undersigned shall expose for sale in accordance with R.S. 39:10A-1 an internet auction on www.municibid.com for the below described motor vehicle(s) which came into the possession of the Brick Township Police Department through abandonment or failure to claim same within 30 days. The auction begins on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at 8:00 a.m. and concludes on Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at 4:00 p.m.
The motor vehicle(s) may be examined at the indicated location(s) Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
All bidders are required to electronically register for bidding. All bidders participating in this auction agree that they have read and fully understand the terms and conditions outlined on the website and agree to be bound thereby. Full description and condition of items as well as registering information can be found on the webpage listed above. All items are sold in an “as is, where is” condition, free from any guarantee or warranty.
All vehicle(s) listed are to be used for junk purposes unless a clear title is stated. Failure to inspect said vehicle(s) would not be considered a cause for any claim for adjustment whatsoever. The starting bid for each vehicle will be $1000.00. All sales will be made to the highest bidder and ALL SALES WILL BE FINAL. Vehicle(s) must be removed from the premises at the purchaser’s expense within 48 hours of sale date. The Brick Township Police Department reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
