Asphalt Millings - Unscreened - Estimated 15,000 tons

Approximately 15,000 tons of unscreened asphalt millings. Selling as one lot to highest bidder. Condition - AS-IS. Successful bidder is responsible to provide loader/excavator and trucking for removal of material and must provide platform scales or a loader with a certified scale, must also provide the City of Erie with daily tally sheets of millings loaded and hauled. Successful bidder can load and haul millings between the hours of 7AM to 3PM. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and transportation costs. Buyer is responsible for paying 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax if not tax exempt (must show proof). 

The successful bidder is to remove the material within 240 days after approval from the City of Erie. 

Winning bidder must provide proof of liability ($1,000,000) and workman's compensation insurance and name the City of Erie as additional insured while working on our site.
