The City of Malden reserves the right to reject any or all bids and does not provide any guarantees and/or warranties relative to any item being sold. Each item is being sold "AS IS". Payment must be made with Cashier's Check payable to the City of Malden at the time of pickup – no personal or business funds will be accepted. There are no refunds. Pickup must be within ten (10) working days from the date of the end of the auction. The winning bidder is responsible for transportation costs for the pickup of each item. The winning bidder must also submit a signed “Certificate of Non-Collusion” (provided by municipality) prior to receipt of property as required by Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B, Section 10.

Apparatus was in use up until it was removed from daily service and held as a backup in 2019, therefore, has not been tested per NFPA standards since that 2019 date.  Working generator, motor, and transmission, all seem fine.  Front passenger brake is hung up otherwise driveable.  Buyers are encouraged to do their own due diligence.
