2009 Ford Econoline Van E350

2009 ford 350 van, the van does run and drive, will have to jump start, something drains the battery when parked.  The a/c & heat were working when taken out of service, it was reported to have issues with the coil packs going out frequently. Paint is peeling and clear coat is in poor condition. The side door does not latch, it's tied from the inside. Right rear door opens but doesn't close as it should, Left rear door latch broken, Left front fender damaged and misaligned,  there is a barrier behind the front seats of the van.
