• Was used in the police department.  Was taken out of service this year due to the Police purchasing a new motorcycle more suited to Police work.
• The motorcycle was inspected in July 2023.  Inspection is good until July 2024.  Both the tires and brakes barely passed inspection in July.  I would recommend whoever buys the motorcycle gets it re-inspected and plans to replace the tires and brakes.  The motorcycle has normal wear and tear for the year, how it was used, and the type of motorcycle it is (Street and Trail).
• Currently state inspected until 7/24
• Has small circular holes from where police lighting was hooked up to it.  One of the two holes is visible in one of the photos.
• No license plate comes with the motorcycle
• Motorcycle sold as is - what you see in the photos is what comes with the motorcycle.  
• *** IMPORTANT - Winning bidder will be responsible for all fees and taxes, including sales tax.  If a non-dealer is transferring a plate or purchasing a new plate, that bidder WILL be responsible for sales tax at the local notary.  Be prepared to pay this sales tax and all fees at the notary.  These fees will be due at the notary when transferring the title and registering the plate.  It will most likely be over $600 (depending on the vehicle selling price), so be prepared to pay that at the notary.  The notary DOES NOT take personal checks.  Just cards and cash.  If paying with a card at the notary, there is a 3% extra charge.

• Winning bidder should call Peters Township at 724-941-4180 and speak with Tom Gromek.
• Winning bidder must pay in Cash, Cashier's Check, or Certified Check the exact amount of the winning bid.  No personal checks are accepted, and no business checks are accepted.  Just Cash, Cashier's Check, or Certified Check for the exact amount of the winning bid.  Those are the only 3 options. Checks need to be made out to Peters Township.  No loan checks, no other bank checks are accepted.  Just Cash, Cashier's Check, or Certified Check.
