Payment for items whose sale price is $250 or less can be made either by Bank Check (payable to Lower Salford Township) or by cash (exact amount required). Payment for items whose sale price is greater than $250 must be paid by Bank/Certified Check. Lower Salford Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Items must be paid for and picked up within 14 Days of conclusion of auction and/or notice of award. Should winning bidder fail to comply with payment/pick up requirements, Lower Salford Township reserves the right to "Report" bidder to Municibid, which is the first step in the process of potentially banning the bidder from future Municibid auctions.
