The successful bidder shall make payment to Wilmington Township Mercer County in the form of cashier's check or money order made payable to Wilmington Township Mercer County, 35 Auction Road, New Wilmington PA 16142. Successful bidder shall remove the item(s) within seven (7) calendar days following receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for items not picked up by the deadline. The Township reserves the right to reject any bids received and award to the vendor of its choice.
