The successful bidder shall make payment to Upper Fairfield Township in the form of cashier's check and shall remove the equipment within fourteen (14) calendar days following acceptance of bid unless other arrangements are made with the Township. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions thereof. Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up the equipment. Delivery is not available. Upper Fairfield Township is not responsible for the equipment once it has left Township property.
