A: Yes for both. the weight is mounted to the draw bar

A: Ok just going off of some specs for the machine. Looks like the wheelbase is 6 ft 10 inches. The overall length is 10 ft 2 in. Width is 5 ft 6 in and weight is 4615 lbs.
Q: Does this machine have hydraulics at the rear, or a three-point hitch set up?
A: yes it does. in the picture theres a weight covering the set up

A: Yes everything works. We just have no use for it as we have 2 other machines.
