This a new and never installed Generac natural gas fired generator. The unit is still on the original shipping crate and has all the manuals with it. The output is 3-phase 100KW - 277/480 volt at 151 AMPS.
Q: when did the the warranty start and how much of the warranty is available. Why was it never installed and why is it being sold?
A: The warranty started 07/01/2023. It has a 5 year extended warranty that transfers with the unit. The generator needs to start before 07/01/2024 to keep the warranty active. The generator was not installed because the gas line at the location it was being installed did not have the gas supply required to run it. They are ordering a diesel unit, that's why it is not being installed.
