A: The selling of jewelry is not typical. In this case, the language is standard and applies to all items that are auctioned. Since jewelry is not typical, the using agency did get appraisals and the appraisal number is listed. We are only the seller and therefore, we are obligated to sell as is and cannot offer guarantees. The third party appraisal is the only description we can offer.
