Successful bidder shall remove the item(s) within ten (10) calendar days following receipt of payment. Refunds will not be given for items that are not picked up by the deadline. The Township reserves the right to reject any bids received and award to the vendor of its choice. Buyer has sole responsibility of picking up tractor. Delivery is not available. Township not responsible for equipment once it has left township property.
