Q: "(We are not responsible for any discrepancy in working/not working at arrival of your location)" Any bias lock and or firmware and or remote count control that would make these computers inoperable?
A: When we decommission these laptops, we remove the BIOS passwords, they are removed from our AD and from our deployment software. We also erase the SDD's and ready to be imaged. The number we present that is good is based off the laptops that were working at the time we decommissioned them.
Q: Who used these computers, juveniles? Trying to gauge the condition of the units. Lots of stickers? From the pictures it looks like they're brand new?
A: some of these laptops were used by students and some by faculty. Most are in good condition, but there is a sticker (asset tag) on each laptop. Some may have a sticker with what the PC's name was on the network.
Q: Do they have the operating system installed? What version is it
A: No, all drives have been erased.
Q: Do they come with chargers?
A: Yes, each laptop comes with a power adaptor. There is probably even extra's.
