2013 Ford Explorer XLT. 146,221 miles. It was a Police Department management vehicle and was transferred to the DPW about 5 years ago. It needs brakes, front end work (failed inspection due to tie rods) and tires. Has been out of service for about a month. Grey with black leather interior. Strobe lights and 2 way radio have been removed, but some misc wiring is still installed. Vehicle is sold as is, no warranty.

A: We have no service record of it being changed and it does not appear to ever have been changed. There has been no issue with the water pump to date.
