Units with a title transfer- Notary will be onsite for title transfer. Fee of $25 additional. (cash preferred) Certified or Cashier's Check, or Cash for payment of the unit. Payments and pickup will be made at the Borough of State College, Maintenance Facility located at 330 S. Osmond St. Final Day for pickup will be Friday, October 30 by 2:30pm.
Positive ID must be shown to verify the buyer.
Any item not picked up will be considered forfeited unless previous arrangements are made in advance of the deadline date.
