Payment must be made with Cashier's Check, Treasurer's Check, Certified Check or U.S. Postal Money Order payable to the Chelmsford Water District at the time of pickup – no personal or business funds will be accepted. There are no refunds. Pickup must be within ten (10) working days from the date of the end of the auction. The winning bidder is responsible for title transfer costs and transportation costs for pickup of each item. The winning bidder must also submit a signed “Certificate of Non-Collusion” (provided by municipality) prior to receipt of property as required by Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30B, Section 10.

For sale is quantity 1, hydraulic pipe cutter. The range is 4 inches to 18 inches. This hydraulic pipe cutter has been used and we are not positive of the condition of the hydraulic pump with this tool, but operated properly last time it was used. This tool will be sold as is.
