For consideration is a lot of televisions that were previously owned by seniors renting living space within a public housing community. When a resident is transferred to a long-term care facility or passes, the family usually does not take possession of the contents of their family member's apartment. The Authority stores items of possible value for a required period and then liquidates the unclaimed assets.
The winning bidder is responsible for taking delivery of the entire lot of not less than 25 televisions of various sizes, styles, and models.
Televisions are untested and are being liquidated in "AS IS" condition.
