Winning bid takes all. Pickup time will be discussed on bid success. The purchasing party will be required to pickup and load purchased items. These items are in various states and quality of functionality. With this in mind, WCSD will not issue refunds for any technology within this bid that does not turn on, function, or otherwise possess a defect. Whitehall-Coplay School District (WCSD) retains the right to reject any and all bids, or accept or reject any part of a bid deemed to be in the best interest of the WCSD.
