1999 Ford Ambulance, needs inspection, only driven 5 miles since last inspection, Mileage 166357, Lots of new parts, VIN# 1FDWF36F2XEC96492, Won't start.
Q: Any indication why it won't start?
A: We do not know why but was thinking it could be the Solenoid or starter. It ran when it was parked from getting it inspected one year ago.
Q: Do all of the electronics function properly? Lights, etc.
A: Everything worked enough to get it inspected. But not sure what works and what doesn't
Q: What motor is in it and is it 4x4?
A: 7.3 L Diesel Not 4-Wheel Drive
