Q: Description lacks any useful info. Just needs a new battery or is there mechanical issue? Rust? Any pics of frame or underneath? Why is it not inspected? What was the vehicle used for?
A: To the best of our knowledge, no mechanical issues. Not inspected because it was retired from service and has sat for several months.
