2007 Ford Freestar, Passenger Van, poor condition, battery dead and flat tire, the vehicle has been in the parking lot, unused for several months. Q: Why was it taken out of service
A: It was taken out of use because it no longer can pass a 7D inspection. It also appears to have a rear main seal leak.
