A: Nothing else is included, the playground structure is the only thing being sold.
Q: Does buyer need to disassemble and if so how is it connected to the ground?
A: Yes buyer needs to disassemble. Concrete is holding it in place. Concrete can be busted off and left so it can be transported.

A: Child Capacity 35 Age 5-12
