*You are bidding on the salt shed structure only, there is no property included in the sale. 

*Successful bidder must provide all labor and equipment necessary for the disassembly & removal of the structure from our site. Entire building must be removed & posts cut within 12" of ground elevation. All materials must be removed entirely from our site including all wood framing components, metal siding, metal roofing & fasteners. Removal of structure & materials must be completed within 45 days of award of sale. Township will disconnect electricity prior to start of disassembly. Township will remove asphalt floor & concrete piers after building is removed. 

*Successful bidder must provide insurance certificate & liability waiver prior to start of removal. Township will provide a liability waiver to you.
