1967 Case 580 CK backhoe

Hi! Up for sale is this 1967 Case 580 CK backhoe and loader.  This has been owned by the district for 30+ years.  It has been stored inside for the last 15 years and primarily used to load salt during the winter.  It starts fine with no ether in the summer.  In the winter we use the block heater and it starts up with no ether.  It runs, drives and stops with no issues.  The brakes were rebuilt a while back and have less than 100 hours on them.  The tires are fair and hold air.  The unit does have lots of cylinder leaks, believed to be the seal/packing in them. The radiator also has a small drip from near the top.  The machine isn't pretty but functions as a backhoe and loader just fine.
