Bleachers are in good condition, have been in place for about 20 years. Buyer is responsible for disassembling and removal of bleachers. upon winning bid buyer will have 45 days to remove bleachers from site. Material is aluminum. Length is 65' from end of steps on either side. Depth is 25' from front to back. Height is approximately 10' from ground to top bleacher. Bleachers are surrounded by a 4' cyclone fence with railings that are not included in the overall height.

A: I don't know the exact figure, but I think 300 is a fair estimate
