2014 Dodge charger, 5.7L AWD retired police unit. Vehicle runs and drives. Used motor put in at 42,670 miles on 02/28/2022 have paper work for engine swap. Engine does have a slight knock. Missing back rest of back seat. All equipment has been removed with wiring cut.
Q: Why is it not drive-able off the lot?
A: inspection is out of date and has been sitting. So not sure on the safety side of trying to drive it home.
