The City of Johnstown is selling a 2010 Ford Explorer 4.0L V-6 4x4 with 156081 miles. Recently removed from service. It once a K-9 vehicle and the last 3 years it was used as a parking enforcement vehicle. As seen in photos it has cosmetic damage. The vehicle is not inspected. I believe that it only will need exhaust work and a light to pass state inspection. I did not look at it to see due to a different vehicle being put into service.
Q: You say exhaust work? Did someone steal catilyc converter off or what?
A: no, exhaust is just loud
