Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids.  Winning bid must be approved by the Board of Supervisors at their meeting on March 28, 2024.  Winning bidder will be notified within three (3) business days of the award of bid by the Board of Supervisors.  All items must be removed within (7) seven business days from the date of sale approval notification.  Purchases will be released upon the receipt of payment by cashier's check or certified check and completion of title transfer.  Purchaser is responsible for all taxes, fees and costs for title transfer.  Actual purchaser (whose name will be on the title) must be present at time of pickup to provide and complete all items required for title transfer.
