Vehicle will be available for inspection Monday through Friday from 8 am to 3 pm. Bid to be awarded at the November 17th meeting of Malvern Borough Council. This vehicle is being offered on an “AS IS, WHERE IS" basis, with the buyer responsible for the title transfer fee. Payment is required with ten (10) days of award. The Borough of Malvern reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
