Exmark 48" Mower, Model No LHP4820KC, S/N 455331. Kohler Motor model CV20S. Mower has been sitting in garage and not used for roughly 7+ years. Has dead battery and flat tires. Unknown if it has any other issues.
The winning bidder agrees to pay by cash, certified check or money order made payable to The Upper Hanover Authority. Payment must be received prior or at the time of removal. The successful bidder must remove the equipment within 10 business days after the bid is awarded, unless prior arrangements are made with the Authority. Q: Can you lift onto a pickup truck
A: Remove of mower from property is responsibility of the buyer, there is no equipment on-site to help load into a truck. Outside wide of deck is roughly 50"
Q: Was it running and working before it was parked?
A: To the best of my knowledge, yes it was running prior to being parked. It was parked due to lawn services being outsourced.
