WP 1550 Wacker tamper plate. Parts only machine is missing parts and does not run.
Q: is it missing engine parts or other?
A: I know it is definitely missing other parts however these units have been around here for years, and several mechanics have used them for parts so it is difficult to know whether or not they might have taken parts from the engine or not. Currently it does not run.
