Q: when was it last in service ? Did it run when parked ? Did the pump latter exc work when last used ? When was the ladder last certified ? Does it have a title ?
A: I would say it was decommissioned at least 4 years ago and it was driven to where it is now and the aerial ladder was working at the time. It has not been tested or serviced since then. It does have a title.
