The purchase price shall be paid by the high bidder immediately or not more than 20 days from the conclusion of the electronic auction as determined by the North Lebanon Twp Municipal Authority. Successful bidder is also responsible for tax, tags, and title transfer. Trailer is being sold as is with all sales being final upon approval of the bid by the Authority. Pre-bid inspection of the trailer is recommended. There are no warranties expressed or implied and no refunds of any kind will be made. North Lebanon Twp Municipal Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Successful bidder can pick up the trailer at the North Lebanon Twp building, 725 Kimmerlings Rd, Lebanon, PA 17046.
