The purchase price shall be paid by the high bidder immediately or not more than 20 days from the conclusion of the electronic auction as determined by the North Lebanon Twp Municipal Authority. Structure is being sold as is with all sales being final upon approval of the bid by the Authority. Pre-bid inspection of the structure is recommended. There are no warranties expressed or implied and no refunds of any kind will be made. North Lebanon Twp Municipal Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Successful bidders can pick up the structure at the North Lebanon Twp building, 725 Kimmerlings Rd, Lebanon, PA 17046.

Q: how heavy would you say the structure is?
A: Approx 1800 lbs
Q: Will you help load?
A: Yes, but pick up arrangements have to be made ahead of time.
Q: Is it disconnected and ready to load?
A: Yes.
Q: Would you know the approximate weight?
A: We do not know the weight. There is an eye bolt mounted on top of the unit for lifting. We moved it with a crane mounted on a Ford F-550.
